Terms of Service

By accessing the Zyforix platform (available at any web URL operated by Swapplee Technologies Ltd., through @ZyforixGameBot on Telegram, or through any Telegram Mini App interface), connecting a cryptocurrency wallet, or otherwise using any service provided by Zyforix, you ("User", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Swapplee Technologies Ltd. ("Swapplee", "we", "us", or "our"). If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Your continued use of the platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use the Zyforix platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
• Not be prohibited from using cryptocurrency services under the laws of your country or region.
• Not be located in, or a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction where use of blockchain gaming platforms or cryptocurrency tokens is prohibited or restricted.
• Not be listed on any government sanctions list or associated with any sanctioned entity.

By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Swapplee reserves the right to verify eligibility and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these criteria.

Zyforix is a skill-based Play-to-Earn gaming platform that allows users to earn $FORGE tokens by demonstrating skill across multiple game modes. The platform consists of:

• Web Application: A browser-based interface providing access to all game modes, the Forge Shop, airdrop system, wallet integration, and withdrawal functionality.
• Telegram Bot (@ZyforixGameBot): A Telegram-native interface providing access to mining, selected game modes, balance checking, and withdrawal capabilities.
• Telegram Mini App: A full web game interface embedded within the Telegram bot.
• ForgeRewards Smart Contract: An ERC-20 compatible contract deployed on the Polygon blockchain that holds the player reward vault and processes signed withdrawal claims.
• Backend API: A server operated by Swapplee that maintains user records, verifies gameplay, manages balances, and issues cryptographic signatures for withdrawals.

Swapplee may modify, suspend, or discontinue any component of the platform at any time with or without notice. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of material changes via the @Zyforixgame Telegram channel.

4.1 Account Creation

Zyforix accounts are created automatically upon first use, identified by either your Telegram user ID (when accessed via the bot) or a browser-generated anonymous identifier (when accessed via the web application). No email address or password is required.

4.2 Wallet Connection

To withdraw earned $FORGE tokens, you must connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet (MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, WalletConnect-compatible wallets, or a wallet configured within @ZyforixGameBot). You are solely responsible for:

• The security of your wallet private keys and seed phrases.
• All transactions initiated from your connected wallet.
• Ensuring your wallet is compatible with the Polygon network.
• Maintaining sufficient POL (test MATIC on testnet) for gas fees.

4.3 One Wallet Per Account

Each Zyforix account may have one withdrawal wallet address associated with it at any given time. Swapplee reserves the right to flag accounts that exhibit suspicious wallet-switching patterns.

4.4 Lost Access

Swapplee cannot recover access to your game account or your connected cryptocurrency wallet. If you lose access to your wallet's private keys or seed phrase, any $FORGE tokens in that wallet are permanently inaccessible. Swapplee has no obligation and no ability to recover such tokens.

5.1 Token Nature

$FORGE is a utility token designed for use within the Zyforix platform ecosystem. It is not a security, equity instrument, debt instrument, or financial product. Holding $FORGE does not confer any ownership interest in Swapplee Technologies Ltd., any right to dividends, or any other financial entitlements beyond those explicitly described in these Terms and the platform documentation.

5.2 Token Utility

Within the Zyforix platform, $FORGE may be used to purchase items in the Forge Shop (auto-miners, streak shields, XP boosters, reward multipliers, mystery boxes), and to pay for in-game upgrades. $FORGE may also be tradeable on decentralised exchanges following the Q3 2026 mainnet launch.

5.3 No Investment Expectation

You acknowledge that $FORGE tokens are acquired through gameplay, not investment. You should not acquire $FORGE with any expectation of profit from Swapplee's efforts. Swapplee makes no representations about the future value of $FORGE on any secondary market.

5.4 Token Value Risk

The value of $FORGE, if and when it becomes tradeable on secondary markets, may fluctuate significantly and may reach zero. Swapplee has no obligation to support or maintain any secondary market price for $FORGE.

During the testnet phase:

• $FORGE tokens are test tokens with no monetary value.
• The testnet environment may be reset at any time, which could result in loss of all accumulated balances, levels, and progress.
• Swapplee has no obligation to migrate testnet balances to the Polygon mainnet at any ratio.
• Gas fees on Polygon Amoy are paid in test POL, which is obtained free from faucets and has no monetary value.
• Features and earning rates are subject to change without notice during the testnet phase.

Early participation in the testnet is subject to these risks. Swapplee may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional allocations or early adopter benefits to testnet participants, but no such benefit is guaranteed.

7.1 Earning $FORGE

$FORGE is earned by completing game actions that are validated by the Zyforix backend server. Earning rates are determined by Swapplee and may be modified at any time. The display of an accumulated balance in the Zyforix interface reflects a server-side balance maintained by Swapplee and does not constitute a debt obligation until a withdrawal signature has been issued and successfully processed on-chain.

7.2 Withdrawal Process

To withdraw $FORGE, users must connect a wallet, request a withdrawal via the platform interface, and approve the resulting on-chain transaction in their wallet. Withdrawals require:

• A connected and valid Polygon-compatible wallet address.
• A minimum withdrawal amount of 0.001 $FORGE.
• Sufficient POL in the connected wallet to cover Polygon network gas fees.
• A valid cryptographic signature issued by the Swapplee backend server.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits & Review

Swapplee reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits, delay withdrawals for review, or decline to issue signatures for withdrawal requests that it determines, in its sole discretion, to be the result of cheating, exploitation, bot activity, or violation of these Terms.

7.4 Irreversibility

All on-chain withdrawals are irreversible once confirmed by the Polygon network. Swapplee cannot reverse, cancel, or retrieve tokens once a transaction has been confirmed on-chain. If you withdraw to an incorrect address, Swapplee has no ability to recover those tokens.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of accumulated balances, and potential legal action:

8.1 Cheating & Exploitation

• Using bots, scripts, macros, or automated tools to play games or accumulate balances.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain advantages or earn tokens beyond intended rates.
• Manipulating client-side code, browser developer tools, or network requests to falsify game scores or balances.
• Attempting to forge or reproduce cryptographic signatures required for withdrawals.
• Using multiple accounts to circumvent earning limits or exploit referral systems.

8.2 Fraudulent Activity

• Providing false information about your identity, jurisdiction, or wallet ownership.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any activity designed to manipulate the $FORGE token price on secondary markets.

8.3 Technical Abuse

• Attempting to overload, disrupt, or compromise the Zyforix servers, API, or smart contracts.
• Reverse-engineering the backend signing mechanism or attempting to extract the trusted signer private key.
• Conducting denial-of-service attacks against any Zyforix infrastructure.

8.4 Consequences

Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in: immediate account suspension or termination; forfeiture of all accumulated $FORGE balances; reversal of any pending withdrawal requests; reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities; and civil or criminal legal action.

All content, software, design, graphics, game mechanics, and other materials comprising the Zyforix platform are the exclusive property of Swapplee Technologies Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Zyforix platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the platform; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code; use our branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent; or create derivative works based on the platform.

The ForgeRewards smart contract code is deployed on-chain and publicly readable. Swapplee retains copyright over the original source code. Forking or re-deploying the contract for competitive purposes without permission is prohibited.

10.1 Data We Collect

Zyforix collects and stores the following data to operate the platform:

• Telegram User ID (when using the Telegram bot) — used as account identifier.
• Anonymous browser identifier (when using the web app) — stored in localStorage.
• Connected wallet address — stored server-side for withdrawal processing.
• Game activity and balance data — score history, earned amounts, shop purchases, and level progression.
• Withdrawal transaction hashes — recorded for audit and dispute resolution.

10.2 Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect: your name, email address, phone number, IP address (beyond standard server logs), or any biometric data. We do not sell your data to third parties.

10.3 Blockchain Transparency

All on-chain transactions, including $FORGE withdrawals, are recorded permanently on the Polygon blockchain and are publicly accessible. Your connected wallet address and transaction amounts are visible to anyone with access to the blockchain.

10.4 Data Retention

Game data and balance records are retained for the duration of your account's existence and for a period of 2 years following account termination, after which they are deleted. Blockchain records are permanent and cannot be deleted.

11.1 "As Is" Availability

The Zyforix platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Swapplee does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected.

11.2 No Guarantee of Earnings

Swapplee makes no guarantee regarding the amount of $FORGE that any user will earn. Earning rates may be reduced, earning categories may be removed, and the platform may be suspended or shut down at any time.

11.3 Blockchain Risks

Swapplee is not responsible for: Polygon network congestion or outages; gas price fluctuations; smart contract bugs that may result in token loss (though we strive to prevent these); or the loss of tokens sent to incorrect addresses.

11.4 Third-Party Wallets

Swapplee is not responsible for the security, functionality, or availability of any third-party cryptocurrency wallet (MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, WalletConnect-compatible wallets, etc.). Use of these wallets is governed by their respective terms of service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Swapplee Technologies Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of $FORGE tokens or other digital assets.
• Loss of profits or anticipated earnings from gameplay.
• Loss of data, game progress, or account access.
• Damages arising from smart contract bugs, blockchain failures, or network issues.
• Damages arising from unauthorised access to your wallet or account.
• Any other losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for consequential damages is not permitted, Swapplee's liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Swapplee's total aggregate liability to any user arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed USD $100 or the equivalent value of $FORGE tokens distributed to that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to liability, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Swapplee Technologies Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your use of the Zyforix platform.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Any claim that your conduct caused damage to a third party.

14.1 Termination by Swapplee

Swapplee may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the platform.

Upon termination for cause (violation of these Terms), any accumulated $FORGE balance in your Zyforix account (not yet withdrawn on-chain) may be forfeited. $FORGE tokens already withdrawn to your blockchain wallet are unaffected by account termination.

14.2 Termination by You

You may stop using the platform at any time. If you wish to withdraw your accumulated $FORGE balance before ceasing use, you must initiate a withdrawal while your account is in good standing.

14.3 Platform Shutdown

In the event that Swapplee permanently discontinues the Zyforix platform, we will endeavour to provide at least 30 days' notice via the @Zyforixgame Telegram channel, during which users may withdraw any accumulated balances. After this period, remaining server-side balances may be forfeited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of Swapplee Technologies Ltd., without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, unless the applicable law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Swapplee reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Effective" date at the top of this page.
• Announce the changes via the @Zyforixgame Telegram channel.
• Where practicable, provide at least 7 days' notice before material changes take effect.

Your continued use of the platform after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and withdraw any accumulated balances before the effective date.
